About the event
Join Sivan at IGNITE Yoga & Fitness for an immersive evening of sound, stillness, and reconnection.
Sound healing uses the vibrations and frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments to invite the body and mind into a state of rest and presence. You are encouraged to lie back, breathe, and simply receive.
Every experience is personal. Some people feel deeply relaxed or meditative, while others notice a quieter mind, emotional release, renewed clarity, or a stronger sense of connection to themselves. You may also experience the sound as gentle waves of vibration moving through and around the body. There is nothing you need to achieve, and no prior experience is necessary.
