About the event
It's been over a year and a half since Sunrise Sound Healing has been offered, and it's coming back by popular demand. This spontaneous pop-up is happening because so many of you have been asking for it.
And this time, there's something new: for the first time ever, Sound Healing is paired with movement. Sunrise Sound Healing followed by Pilates on the Sand, an experience never offered before.
5:40 AM: Arrival. Sound Healing begins shortly after, followed by watching the sunrise together. 7:30 AM: Pilates on the Sand.
